We have now grown to 14 members of staff with the most recent recruits being as follows:

Technical Programme Managers 

The Technical Programme Managers will work alongside our partners and customers to help turn their vision into delivered projects. They are all experienced leaders in developing composite technology and have worked across commercial projects and a range of development projects at varying technology readiness levels. Their experience and our focus ranges from identifying potential processes and materials at a very early stage of their development right through to taking customer challenges and delivering a working composites solution into series production.

 

Senior FEA Engineers 

The Senior FEA Engineers have built a powerful database of composite materials and their mechanical performance, especially in crash performance. This database combined with many years of wide ranging experience enables Far to deliver FEA analysis to a wide range of customers as well as contribute to academic programmes. The team have experience of working with a wide range of customers and modelling approaches. They have contributed to the development of internal vehicle programmes as well as providing analysis to OEM as part of their vehicle development programmes.

 

Development Engineers 

The Development Engineers have a holistic role. Working as part of a team to help customers solve problems by developing new parts and processes for them. They will provide an end to end service for customers, working on new processes, designing parts, modelling their performance and making prototypes. They will perform many of these themselves but they can also tap into more in depth expertise from more specialist team members.
